Pros

- A company culture that is both kind and ambitious - Work-life-balance - Fast paced environment - Ability to grow and make an impact - Diverse workplace

Cons

The fast paced environment is fun and developing but can of course also pose as a challenge. There are a lot of changes, and while most of them are necessary and really makes sense in the long-term it can still be exhausting in the short term.

A disappointing experience marked by poor leadership and lack of transparency

Pros

some great people good benefits great work-life balance

Cons

Billogram unfortunately fosters an environment where incompetence is often overlooked and passive-aggressive behavior goes unaddressed. It’s not a workplace for those who value open dialogue or constructive debate—having an independent opinion is rarely appreciated. Management tends to act with a sense of superiority, often disregarding feedback from employees and finding indirect ways to silence dissenting voices rather than addressing issues directly. The internal culture frequently contradicts the company’s stated core values, with certain situations coming close to harassment and a persistent lack of transparency in decision-making. Many employees seem hesitant to speak up out of concern for negative consequences, which creates a culture of fear rather than collaboration.
