      Pros

      Bicom Systems offers a modern and very respectful work environment. A healthy and positive work-life balance is highly encouraged, and a major benefit to working at Bicom. This workplace is flexible, supportive and relaxed. It has a casual dress code and the office is pet-friendly! The company is constantly growing, and really celebrates creativity and innovative ideas from its employees.

      Cons

      Although the company has a relatively small presence in New Brunswick compared to some larger local employers, it is growing at a really fast pace!
