There are almost too many to list. - You will be expected to work an extreme amount of hours including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays. Note this is not as a field position, just in the shop. - The company is ruled by fear. You will likely at some point be publicly shamed for even something as small as taking a pen. - Management does not like you to take time off. I think they offer something like 7 holidays a year and minimal vacation time - Turnover has got to be close to 50% annually
