      Biased Attitude Will Hurt Your Motivation

      Pros

      Adding this experience to your resume will help you get a better job later on. At least, it was helpful for me.

      Cons

      The leadership was horribly biased. Employees were asked to work brutally long hours, and they got nothing in return. In contrast, employees who did nothing got financial growth and promotions. It was ridiculous. Don't stress yourself too much for this job.

      The compensation is incredibly competitive, but the real highlight is the talent density. Working across the entire stack on high-traffic systems pushed my technical growth faster than any other role. Product and engineering are tightly aligned, meaning the code you ship impacts millions of users almost immediately.

      Cons

      There are so many high-impact, exciting projects available that the biggest challenge is learning how to ruthlessly prioritize your time.

      As an L4 full-stack engineer, you get true ownership here. I’m regularly architecting end-to-end features using a highly modernized tech stack, and leadership genuinely trusts your technical decisions. The cross-functional collaboration is seamless, engineering culture is top-notch, and the WFH flexibility/welfare stipends are excellent.

      Cons

      The sheer speed of deployment means you have to actively manage your calendar to protect your deep-work focus time.
