      Stronger as a Team

      Pros

      I feel honored to not just have a job, but I feel like part of a team that truly cares. We are more than just coworkers; we are family! Everyone supports everyone. Everyone from the director to the project engineers have a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic. Everyone wears multiple hats and is crosstrained for versatility. There is nothing we wouldn't do for each other.

      Cons

      The BergmanKPRS does offer a 401k plan however the contributions are not matched by the company. This is one thing that the company should look into changing so they can be more aligned with what others in the industry offer.

      Honestly could not think of any.

      Cons

      Management fosters a toxic workplace, with abusive senior leaders. The most dreadful experience of my career—issues raised were dismissed outright. Promised work-life balance was a lie. Steer clear.

      Multiple Hats in the Role

      Pros

      So far, I enjoy putting on multiple hats at this company. From Accounting to managing to working with design makes me included in the teamwork process. I have already touched 4 different projects within the span of 4 months, with continued work left to go.

      Cons

      I will say, the work expectations are a bit unclear. I wouldn't say this is a con, but it seems like people work on their own schedule. I don't really know who is working on what project. I still do whatever I am assigned.
