      Pros

      The clients. Love the individuals I provide support to.

      Cons

      Complicated family dynamics. Pay is average for the field but not enough to live off of. Fluctuating schedule and hours.

      Pros

      The kids are great, so it can be frustrating when hardly any progress is made. Coworkers are fun and the environment is laid back. Everyone really cares about the students. Pay and benefits are pretty good, especially for right out of college. This is not a forever job though, as almost everyone is working second jobs or in school to advance their careers. It was a great experience, no regrets.

      Cons

      Hardly ever given a raise, only a 32 hour work week (which is nice but not when you see your paycheck), boss is unprofessional and plays favorites, school is a joke academically.
