No pros to having this job.
Cons
Will embarass you infront of other employees. Very abusive. Also will promise the world when hired but does not keep any. Couldn't even get an FEIN number for 5 months. No bonuses pain ever. Health insurance started two month late. They set you up to fail. Poor management.

BIG is a family-owned boutique agency that does a large business volume and has much room for growth. Since my start date my salary and bonuses have increased to meet the size of the book I have managed. Its not for everyone. Especially people who do not have work ethic or accountability
Cons
Its fast-paced which can be difficult.
