Pros

Some amazing people who are very loyal to what went before

Cons

Too focused on delivering AI solutions that benefit the company but that majority of clients don't want and often don't work properly - over last ten years the company has lost its way. Great people and important customers have had enough and are leaving.

Pros

The team culture is a major strength. People are collaborative and supportive, and they are enjoyable to work with. There are many experienced leaders to learn from, which makes it a strong place for professional growth. It is especially a great environment for early careers, with plenty of opportunities to take on new challenges and build skills quickly.

Cons

Workload can be heavy at times, which can make the role feel stressful during busy periods. However, the fast pace also creates strong learning opportunities and helps accelerate growth.
