Pros

At a loss for words. Unfortunately Behavior Matrix has very little to offer. It wasn't long after I started working for this company, that I realized that I would not be happy working for them. I guess to find something positive, I would have to say they are in a good location.

Cons

Employees treated very poorly. Dysfunctional family owned management never set a good example. They motivate through fear, not inspiration. It is a "do as I say, not as I do" culture. Ideas for increasing morale are not welcome and management is not interested in their employees career growth.

Interesting idea but very poor management & culture

Pros

After much fighting & gnashing of teeth, the management eventually purchased a few industry-standard tools, which allowed us to actually do our job. Standard 9-5 hours.

Cons

Highly nepotistic, family-owned business. They once had a good idea, but were never able to capitalize on it due to lack of vision, inability to form meaningful or lasting relationships with clients, and an absence of competent management to take the company in some kind of direction. Upper management was frequently adversarial and occasionally hostile, and generally unprofessional. Most of the "cutting edge technology" they claim to have, has since been supplanted by major competitors, who have taken the same kind of work & made it industry standard. Many of the founding members have left or been fired over differences of opinion. They also tend to low-ball on salary & do not give meaningful benefits (no retirement, no dental, etc).

Pros

Technology and products are now clearly defined. Solid sales team in place. Marketing and branding initiatives beginning to pay off. Cutting edge technology used by real experts. Science team is also top notch. Free lunches and good PTO plan.

Cons

Lack of good benefits but management is trying to address.
