      - flexible scheduling - work around school and comittments to family - communicative - kind, truly care about the families

      Cons

      - none, literally none. - only left due to extraneous circumstances and would consider working here again in the future.

      Supportive ABA Company To Grow With

      Pros

      I've worked at other agencies before and wow, this place is so different! Everyone is supportive and helpful. I see my other coworkers on the regular which is fun because the ABA field can get lonely. This is a place I can grow personally and professionally. My supervisor is amazing. I've learned a lot from them and the CEO Ani, who is one of the best bosses I've had because she listens and helps me work through my troubles.

      Cons

      My biggest issue I can probably think of is the gaps between sessions. I know we have to take a lunch required by law but sometimes that can go to 2 hours. Can't complain much though and I try to be productive, especially since I am normally done by 6:30.
