      Ownership/leadership is very attentive to your needs and will always give you an opportunity to grow. Relaxed yet professional company culture with a relatively good work/life balance. A smaller brand means that you see the immediate impact of your own personal output on the company as a whole

      Low salary compared to other brands in the area and the bonus/profit sharing structure does not make up for it
