      Pros

      Great working ethic and environment. Company set goals and plans on achieving them. Great community involvement in the project.

      Cons

      Unmatched remuneration. Management doesn't take well to criticism. Little or no career growth.

      Pros

      There are opportunities to grow depending on the department you're in. They value those they have worked with; for instance , if you were employed for a short contract or were working for one of the company's contractors you are more likely to get a job if a position opens up. Lunch and transport to work is provided every day whether you're on site or in the field.

      Cons

      The mine site/main offices are 30km from the closest towns and this makes it difficult to run small errands during your lunch break or after working hours.
