Pto, building relationships with clients

Management is the issue. I loved my clients, they were great. But management wouldn’t follow correct protocol when some things happen. Sometimes you’re left alone to do all of the bathrooms and your director is just having fun with the clients. An unfair environment and unsafe for clients. Healthcare is too expensive and you don’t have a chance at advancement.
