      A good place to work, but Technology is a bit of a mess right now

      Pros

      A very good working environment, collegial team members and a relatively modest London footprint. People really are proud to work at Barings and take their work seriously.

      Cons

      There is a strong split between the large regional offices (London, Hong Kong etc) and the decision making base in Charlotte, North Carolina and this tension can mean that the regional offices are relatively powerless. Also, there is a great deal of change going on in the Technology division at the moment and that makes a lot of that business unit very defensive and insecure in their roles.

      If you suck up to management you will get a Bonus. If don't you don't get Bonus and Management don't like you. All white get Bonuses,
