      Company's financial base is so strong so its very safe to work at the time of Inflation. company is doing lots of social Responsibilities related work . Increment - Gross comes - 7% to 20% ( based on your work / Luck / good tuning with boss & top management ) Increment levels - 1) Rs. 500 - 1000.00 - worker level 2) 1000- 2000 Executive & assistant level . 3) 2000-4000 Manager Level / Mid Senior level . 4) 4000 -8000 Senior Level 5) 8000 & above . Higher / management Level . Promotion - Executive level ( No chance ) Mid Senior Level ( very less opportunity ; transfers form one branch to another is one opportunity ) Higher Level ( good opportunity of promotion ) Working Environment - 5/10 . Emotional / Mental support - 3/ 10. Managerial Support - 3/10 . Financial support ( passing of vouchers TA/DA etc ) 6/10 Timing & commitment - 3/10

      Growth is not certain even you worked hard / smart . Increment is not up to the mark Managerial Support is not up to the mark . Support to Employee of Executive & assistant level is not up to the mark . Support to Ground level Staff is very poor . ( who actually work hard with full devotion ) flow of money is not in right direction .
