Management lies on performance reviews You are to be seen not heard Higher titles talks down to you and you must not say anything if you do your wrong Manager does take accountability for their actions but points u as the problem. No matter how hard you work High school environment work you to the bone no recognition or respect Pay not worth the stress n treatment A lot of favoritism

      Pros

      I have been working at Bolt for just under a year and have had a very positive experience. The company has a great culture. The people are friendly, smart and excited about their job. I work on a variety of projects and am given a high level of independence to get the job done. No micromanagement. Also, the location of San Francisco office can't be beat, with beautiful views of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge.
