      Pros

      If you start working for Bip at early stages you will improve your soft skills

      Cons

      - it's not a consulting firm, but rather a "body rental" company - no professional growth (in terms of specific know-how) - ridicolus salary - poor brand - life balance (even though it depends on the project you are assigned to) -

      Pros

      You have to do only 3 months of internship and then you got a contract. They hire every intern

      Cons

      It is not consulting.It is BODY RENTAL. I agree with many reviews here. This is the way they can grow so fast in Italy. They send teams in order to help clients doing stupid staff like data entry for years. 95% of project are IT.
