Pros
Managers are supportive and generally good to work with.
Cons
Workplace culture in Malaysia needs improvement, especially from an HR perspective. HR department would benefit from strengthening their HR knowledge and practices. HR tends to be passive in providing feedback to management regarding the inflexible culture in BID. The influence of China-style management culture often results in employee perspectives being overlooked or shut down.
