Pros
Work life balance as everyone loves status quo.
Cons
Poor and spineless leadership, celebrate mediocre work, no room to grow, employees treat company like a retirement plan (everyone is coasting). There is lack of coordination at all levels. They rather see you stare at the screen until 430 and if you leave at 420 it will be counted as 4...Rules from 1970's are rampant....average tenure is 18-20 years and so is the culture...it is archaic...this makes the leadership support mediocre work. No executive has worked outside at a top firm in the 21st century (IT IS TRUE!) ....How do they know the best industry standards?
