Great work atmosphere, brokers were nice (most of them at least). Free food for breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Not able to do much as you don't have your series 7. Mostly shadowed brokers and studied for the series 7 through FAST 7 training program.

The management Is unprofessional and disgusting, vile people. They love to degrade, scream and be as hateful as possible to employees. They thrive on being vicious.

Good location, some good people who know what they are doing. Discounted Starbucks on the brokers floor too. Not much else

Cons

Bully type playground on brokers floor. No one has gone to university, nepotism, saw 2 generations working on the same desk. Racist, homophobic jokes (yes they call it banter but this is a workplace) Shouting at each other rather than helping and supporting each other Low expectations and respect towards junior brokers (got shouted at for getting a herb chicken instead of a sweet chili chicken for one of the brokers - yes they make you get coffee and lunches for the brokers...)
