Being part of ABB brings great opportunities. The company is focused on innovation and growing OEM series machine builders. Nice people and a great learning environment. HR structure is very professional being part of ABB.

Cons

Important to stay focused on positive change and supporting improvements in efficiency. Not much to complain about.
