      Strong culture, passion for success, ability to make hard choices. Great opportunity for the company in the market.

      Cons

      Sometimes we're spread too thin and we need to focus. But I don't think this is unique to our company and we're actively trying to tackle this - it's a constant challenge

      Pros

      Great teammates, great work culture, fully remote. Not much handholding/micromanagement from the managers if you deliver in a timely fashion. Generally good job safety unless you're absolutely not contributing at all.

      Cons

      "Flexible work hours" means no actual fixed working time. Sometimes you can be engaged from 9am to 9pm, or sometimes you can be engaged from 12pm to 4am. You may or may not have work, but you can be pinged any time.
