      My colleague in the role, the people I supported, and the way they treated me truly improved my experience there.

      The team has no sense of loyalty, there are no raises, and there are no social benefits — only the bare minimum.

      Stable company, high quality of people, good salary for managers and Promotion options and Encouraging creativity and personal initiative.

      Cons

      In mid level positions and in the Non-high positions the salaries arr low, there are not enough development plans and there is a frustration among the employees.
