Pros

Company culture is superb, everyone across all teams and all regions/ offices are always happy to help wherever they can and there is a real sense of inclusion like a 'big family'. Also great to see that employees get recognition and that there are equal opportunities to grow within the company so you don't feel stagnant - highly recommend!
