Pros

I worked with talented engineers and had opportunities to grow technically. The company exposes you to modern technologies and real-world challenges. If you're proactive, you'll leave with valuable experience.

Cons

The company often describes itself as "fast-paced," but in practice it frequently feels chaotic rather than fast-moving. Constant context switching, shifting priorities, unclear direction, and reactive decision-making create unnecessary pressure that could be avoided with better planning. A fast-paced company moves quickly with clear goals and strong leadership. Chaos is moving quickly without alignment. Unfortunately, the two are often treated as the same thing here. Many of the challenges employees face don't come from ambitious work, they come from inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and a lack of long-term planning. This leads to avoidable rework, burnout, and frustration.

Strong vision undermined by chaotic leadership and organizational dysfunction

Pros

* Many talented, hardworking people who genuinely care and keep things moving despite the chaos. * Interesting projects and ambitious goals. * Plenty of opportunities to learn because you end up doing more than your actual job. * Flexible work hours.

Cons

There is a big gap between the outside image and the reality experienced internally: * The biggest issue is leadership, particularly the CEO. Too many important decisions depend on 1 person, creating delays, shifting priorities and bias. * Long periods of silence are often followed by sudden micromanagement and scrutiny. Consistent and timely support is a luxury for only a few. * Communication can sometimes become unprofessional, including the use of profanity … Feedback and decisions can feel reactive or moody rather than constructive. * Despite the “human focus”, it does not feel safe or effective giving honest feedback. People learn quickly which topics are welcomed and which are not. * Burnout is common. You are either working overtime to catch up with expectations or worried about the next workday, either way you are eventually unable to disconnect at home. * Salaries and career progression lack transparency. Employees are expected to cover additional responsibilities or entire roles without meaningful adjustments to compensation. * Morale massively declined over the years, even teams responsible for culture and people are showing the same symptoms they are meant to prevent. * Watching good people walk out the door recently has become normal … * Hiring, HR, and internal processes move painfully slow and you have to follow up often. * For the majority, AI adoption has felt rushed and without training or planning.

Pros

You will get used to bullying and lies, also you will forget what weekend or holidays mean!

Cons

Wherever your path crosses with them, think twice. In my experience, this is a company that mainly focuses on taking rather than giving back to employees. There is no clear strategy or real vision. Things feel unstructured and reactive rather than planned. Despite presenting themselves as a big and established organization, internally it often feels like a mess. They are not really performing strongly in either the States or the MENA region, and there is a gap between how they position themselves and the reality on the ground. Whatever your experience, they will shift your focus from growth and development to survival in their environment. Overall, from what I have seen, it is one of the most unorganized environments I have worked with.
