Employees forced to break law - avoid!

Very good quality of work. Great career opportunity if we follow leadership direction and break law.

Cons

Much time in US away from family. Travel policy is worst compared to other companies. Forced to work illegally in US and Canada without work visa. Junior people forced to lie to immigration to get work. Avoid and do not believe all the rosy picture they tell you about!! Very dangerous. Can get banned from US and Canada if caught.

There are some good people who work here and I will miss them..

Cons

The biggest con is the CEO. He's a tyrant, arrogant, likes to yell at people and publicly humiliate them. He puts on a good show and talks the talk, but the more you get to know him, you realize he is far from walking the walk. He takes most of the firms money and talks of sharing it with the firm, but check the books! There is constant turnover in leadership due to all of this and the good people eventually leave.
