      Smart people, great benefits, fair compensation, and fun culture

      Pros

      Really smart team, fun culture, fair pay and good bonus structure, welcoming attitude from upper management which really shows that they value the ideas and opinions of mid and lower level employees

      Cons

      Tendency to over-process things which ends up in slower movement of projects, especially between cross-functional teams

      -Subsidized lunch and good snacks

      Cons

      -CEO lacks interpersonal skills and blames everyone else for failures under his leadership. He refuses to take any accountability for layoffs and company underperformance -Leadership is super fratty and if you are not in the "cool club", you will not be promoted -Product development is nonexistent -Leadership has failed to deliver on all strategic objectives for past two years -Three rounds of layoffs in last 18 months resulting in 50%+ of company being let go
