The office space is very small, with little privacy—everyone can hear conversations. No privacy in the workplace — conversations can be overheard by everyone. A camera is installed, creating the impression that all conversations are being monitored. Employees are seated in a crowded, open layout that feels unprofessional and uncomfortable, more like a kindergarten setting than an office.
