      Great Founder but probably worst CEO in the Valley

      Pros

      Found an early product market fit with small customers but have not been able to extend product set to enterprise. Nice location in downtown Palo Alto but unclear how long office will remain open.

      Cons

      Unethical CEO constantly trying to screw employees out of Salary Raises, Bonuses, Commissions and Stock Option grants. Terrible health and dental plans. No 401k or commuter benefits. Jens is a control freak who doesn't delegate anything so he is a constant bottle neck. He also thinks he knows everything and yells. Extremely arrogant on subjects he often doesn't understand. But he makes all the decisions. No process for anything in Product, Engineering, Marketing or Sales. Deadlines come and go without accountability.

      Hi, This is Jens. We listen to any and all feedback from employees or ex-employees as it helps us get better as a company. So I take all your concerns seriously. We haven't earlier received any negative feedback on our health and dental plans which we pay 100% of for you and all your dependents. 401k has been under implementation but we don't offer any commuter benefits at this stage. But the feedback is important so I will ask the team to follow-up on these topics.

      Pros

      The team at Automile was excellent and the product was truly top notch. I enjoyed my colleagues and we kept it fun.

      Cons

      Jens is quite literally one of the worst CEO’s I’ve had the experience of working with. He tries to control everything, interjects in conversations, manages by fear, is extremely secretive, thinks he is right about everything and is a liar. Unfortunately, he’ll be the downfall of his own company.

      Cool, yet common Internet of Things gadget

      Cons

      CEO--Never once visited the US team. CEO--Makes decisions based on his ego and his hatred of American employees CEO--arrogant and still living in the past CEO--suffers from severe business co-dependency CEO--Lacks courage and has zero charisma CEO--Lacks understanding of American capitalism and could never pay sales people appropriate wages. CEO--Should fire himself as CEO and back away from the business CEO--Lacks business acumen as evident of his past failures in business
