I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Automile (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
Two steps. Meetings with the Sales manager and the VP of the Nordics. Discussion of previous experience. They asked for a referral. The process was more of a pitch to come work for them than a chance to see if the person was a fit.

Question 1
How would you deal with not performing up to the requirements.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Automile (Pleasant Grove, UT) in Apr 2018
Interview
I had 3 interviews. The first was with the VP of Sales over the phone. He asked direct questions about my work ethic, my desired work culture and what roles I liked and what I enjoyed most about my desired role. 2nd interview was with the VP of Sales in person. We went over the plans for the next year at Automile and I was asked if I felt I would be willing to work hard to be a huge part of the start of the Utah office in Silicon Slopes. The interview was actually really nice and I felt like I was talking with a long time friend, because of how relaxed and open the VP of Sales was. I asked questions about GPS Fleet Tracking and about the industry. The 3rd interview was with the VP of Customer Success and we talked a lot about my previous job, pay, concerns, my experience as a CSM and asked similar questions to what the VP of Sales asked.

Question 1
In 1 year, where do you want to see yourself in the company, if the opportunities were endless (realistically)?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Automile (Pleasant Grove, UT) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process was a little bit bizarre, the female that was interviewing me spoke very fast and talk nonsense. I asked specific questions about the position, because it entails sales; every time I ask a question, about the position, she didn't have an answer. I found that very no professional because if you're the interviewer, then, it's very important to know the position that you are interviewing about. Also, she would sit there typing on her laptop while doing the interview. Then, a male employee joined for the interview but immediately after all of a sudden got a text message that he had to get up and leave for. Once he returned, she would slide the laptop in his direction for him to look at it. This whole interview process was extremely unusual and quite frankly annoying.
