Pros

None. Wait, long breaks that you take are actually blamed by the ceo' sister and informed secretly, and you know what she herself goes wandering around for an hour.

Cons

The idea is also taken from another company. Anyways, Don't get into the trap of the sweet words of the interviewer, apart from the ceo, not even one person is qualified. The ceo with qualification is equal to 100 unqualified. Wish could use synonyms to describe. The investor has no clue of the day to day activities, all lies are presented. Read the management personnel description at its site, they write "problem solver" " manager" but no degree to mention. Because they don't have any. And they hire people with qualifications to disgrace them. Funny, I know. Entered with a batch of six, and seen worst. If you have been hired, trust me you are just an invitee to hell. The the management discussed topics about, weight gain, slimming and hair tips during work, and if they spot you on a call they will make sure to ruin the little happiness you might have got. Micromanaging is extremely present, moreover why won't they micromanage?? They don't have anything else. A great investor and lot of free time. So they feel great to ruin lives, also please be informed that you are going to hear a lot about ""in law"" stuffs from a person, who happens to describe her relationship with inlaw, her husband, her friends and will try to set a girl up with any man she knows. Again, this is a part of training she calls. And proclaims that she has the best husband in the world. Be prepared if you are getting in, a lot of crap is awaiting. Management does not give biometric, and are excused, but you being a new person is even expected to lick the floor of it's dirty. Dirty environment, full of pests and insects. No. Cleaning done.

Pros

0 PROS. They hire new employees every month but no one stays.

Cons

1.Management is horrible. They will hire you by saying you will get xyz amount but after joining they will give you abc(very less). Take everything on mail. 2.No respect. Higher management will keep demotivating you. 3.No appreciation. You will do a work, someone else will take the credit. 4.They can anyday anytime tell you that you will not receive your this month`s salary if you do not meet the target. By the way, out of nowhere they will give you the target and will not pay if you do not achieve it. 5.Too much of micro-management. Every 5mins they will ask you for an update. 6.Lack of communication. 7.Favouritism in workplace is too high.

Pros

The company has some very amazing talent onboard. Everyone has great expertise in their field and is happy to share their knowledge with others. One of my favorite things about the company is how extremely honest they are in their dealings and the lengths they go to to ensure integrity in every aspect. People genuinely care here and take the time to get to know you and welcome you. We are given challenging goals to complete quarterly, and great quarterly activities. The company invests in their employees by providing great training, learning activities, and autonomy. Leadership's push for continuous improvement of processes, metrics, employee of the month programs etc is great.

Cons

I would say this is both a pro and a con- my department has seen a lot of changes in the year I have been there. Mostly changes for the good, but it can be stressful sometimes trying to pivot your strategies and work duties. For someone who can't handle change, and needs to be told what to do, this is not the job for you.
