Pros
Used to have a lot of great developers. I learned a lot from very intelligent people.
Cons
The upper management decided to stop paying employees and didn't say anything until someone asked why their paycheck was late. This led to almost all the developers quitting, and several suing the company to get back missed pay. If the management had given us any kind of warning or told us the truth of the situation, we might have been able to find a solution that worked for everyone.
