Pros
the company is woman owned and operated by a BCBA. They hire diverse therapists and are willing to train new staff. 3 locations in CT providing in home and center based ABA. team building events for socialization among the different centers. the good dedicated staff do genuinely care for the children and families they serve. they provide ethical, evidence based treatment.
Cons
the company has grown quickly in the last few years, growing pains were experienced as the company restructured and promoted or shifted responsibilities and roles. not necessarily a major con, but new staff should be aware that the company is still growing and changing and have patience to grow and change with it. all aba companies will eventually hire staff who are not dedicated to the role or do not have strong work ethic. turn over can be high which causes pauses in children's services.
