      Working at Authenticom has been an incredibly rewarding experience! From day one, the team welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like part of the family. The leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employee welfare and professional growth. The company culture is top-notch, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where everyone’s ideas are valued. I'm constantly impressed by our team's creativity and dedication, which clearly reflects in the quality of our solutions and services. Professional development is a big perk here. Family oriented environment and is keen on providing training and opportunities to advance. It’s refreshing to see a company that not only promises growth but also follows through. Plus, the flexibility in work arrangements is unmatched tbh. It allows for a healthy work-life balance, which is greatly appreciated.

      Casual Environment Free Lunch Friday Flexible schedule for some

      -Below average pay -Management style is to not manage -Asks for input then "lets you go" if that input is not positive -little room for advancement outside the customer service department -Expects employees to follow procedures to a "T" but management is not expected to do the same -Constant restructuring -Advancement has less to do with skills and loyalty and more to do with how much you are liked
