Pros
Unique product line. Day shift only, M-F. Paid holidays and vacation. Some health insurance. The company has a good warehouse team, experienced and knowledgable sales team, and skilled, helpful and informative customer service specialists.
Cons
Extremely poor management. This company really has no leader. While the owner is a generous man, he's rarely in-house. He doesn't seem to know who does what, and he probably doesn't really care. Management Team members bicker and fight among themselves, and then stab each other in the back. Confidentiality in this company is a sad joke. Even sadder, the owner doesn't even realize that his most damaging employees are right under his nose.

Everyone who works here has something bad to say about his place, so you feel comfortable not having to be a shining star. I don't have to work that hard and a check comes through.
Cons
Just when you think there isn't a real person in charge, someone is watching your every move.
