      Pros

      Great people to work with, good location and some company events like ticket for pan am game for beach volleyball

      Cons

      Don't know the management type, hire too many senior of senior managers and no knowledge what they are doing. Too less people to do the real work.

      Pros

      They have good people who work hard. Everyone is pretty friendly. They provide fresh fruit.

      Cons

      I'm going to repeat another review because they captured it perfectly. -Slim to no career development or growth plan -Executive leadership very disconnected from the rank-and-file -there is no vision or mission of the company -Always pushing a "do more with less" mentality (plan to work crazy hours because they can't plan and manage a schedule) -Lots of patronage - internal opportunities not given based on merit - one of the reasons this company won't do well.

      Pros

      There are not too many positive things to talk about this company. Yes, they had a good technology and came up with an excellent market to go after.

      Cons

      The company is a mess. Check their history. They have hired and fired so many executives. They have no company culture. If you are not part of the "inner circle" you can and will be fired.
