“Unfair Management and Toxic Work Environment”

Some coworkers were supportive and hardworking, and the experience helped me grow professionally and personally. Flexible scheduling at times was appreciated.

Cons

Management showed favoritism and employees were not treated equally. Hard work often went unnoticed while certain individuals received better treatment. Communication from leadership was poor, morale was low, and the work environment often felt toxic and discouraging. I did not feel valued or respected as an employee.

We were all very confused together

Pros

My coworkers were friendly and tried to support each other as best as we were able. The facility was also very nice, although the inpatient pharmacy was awkwardly on the 2nd floor at the time.

Cons

It was very disorganized and there was a lot of change in management while I was there. It lead to a lot of arguments and confusion on who to defer to.
