      The four day working week

      The leadership team has broken their promise that Newcastle-based staff would not be forced back into the office. We are now being mandated to attend 2 days a week, with zero regard for the financial impact of travel and parking or the disruption to our personal lives. Concerns raised by the team have been ignored. The current atmosphere is hostile and demoralizing, further compounded by unsettling rumors of a trade sale. It feels like the company is prioritizing rigid mandates over the well-being and loyalty of its workforce.

      The 4 day working week is the only pro left.

      Cons

      Home working revoked, moving to hybrid 2 days in the office and no care for how this impacts the staff after the move from Durham to Newcastle Company no longer a great place to work and a lot of people are jumping ship, turning toxic which is such a shame.
