Great coworkers and travel perks, but low pay and issues with retention

Great coworkers, cool travel benefits, flexibility to work remote.

Cons

Low pay. Claim they are a classical liberal organization but several people at the organization actively advocate against classical liberal ideas. Are not good at keeping talent.
