I've been able to define my own role here. That's not something you hear often, but it's real. There's no rigid box you get put into. You figure out where you can create the most impact, and then you're given the room to go do it. And the people? They're always there to help you out, to help you be successful. It's not lip service. What really stands out is the alignment. Everyone understands and agrees upon creating customer value. Like most scaling companies, we're in the messy middle right now. The pace is fast and things can feel chaotic. But to be honest, that's expected at this stage. It's designed to make sure we succeed, and if you understand that and lean into it, it's more energizing than draining.
