      Pros

      Astera has a great culture for people who like to grow. There's a lot of opportunity to learn on the job and genuine creative freedom to approach problems in your own way. The flexible hours are a big plus.

      Cons

      I don't have any at the moment, but at times if you end up having to work with someone who doesn't understand/protect the culture it can get tricky
