      Coworkers are extremely friendly and supportive. Steady daylight. Weekends and major holidays off. Frequent catered lunches.

      Cons

      Non-competitive wages. Full time is 32 hours which are not guaranteed. Frequently asked to take time off as unpaid. Low PTO accrual rate. High group insurance rates.

      Physicians provide quality services and look out for their patient's best interests.

      Cons

      Top leaders need improvement with decision-making; the dog isn't wagging the tail because the tail is wagging the dog (front line staff preferences are given too much power) which is hindering the success and direction of the organization

      Nothing. The pay is decent, and the travel pay. But no one should travel more than being at home. They will say this won’t happen, but it does.

      Travel constantly, not being valued, workplace BULLYING, favoritism, high expectations with no fall back.
