      That is a laughable question.

      Cons

      If you are currently employed by a company that was acquired by Assembly, start looking for another job now. They are not after growth of employees; they simply want your clients. They fire merged employees as soon as they are done using them for what is needed.

      Full remote opportunity, that is it.

      Cons

      The Nextech team lacks leadership and it shows! There is no training, support and senior leadership has already left. People get promoted who shouldn't, it's only because of who they know. I have been in the field for 25 years and this by far is the worst company. Not enough staff and the offshore team they use makes errors every single day. Clients get upset and what is their solution? Hire more offshore staff! You have been warned. Stay away!
