Everyone is very welcoming, the higher-ups are nice. Pay is reasonable/competitive, managers are well accommodating.
Cons
Benefit plan is pretty terrible, not a lot of coverage for providers like psychotherapy, chiro, massage, etc. Everything only covered at 75%. Personal day and bereavement allotment is not competitive compared to some other companies.
