      * Evil Managers sitting over team just doing nothing and passing time. Taking credits for other people's tasks. * Company Values Managers more than Employees, even if they are barely doing anything. * No job security. One thing is famous for ArrowCore that someone barely leaves them. Its also true as they will fire you anytime without notice blaming any unnecessary reason. * They barely have 1 - 2 clients and hiring people for them. Once the project is no longer there, you are deemed to be get fired. * They pay peanuts as a salary and will do anything to not pay certain amount. * Unfair Employment Aggrements and Malpractice: The send you a legal notice on some events and force you into something that can destroy your career.
