Pros
Lots of travel and you get the points for it. You get to meet and network with a lot of people. The other techs are great, pretty fun work environment. When you are on site it is high stress but otherwise it is not a stressful job
Cons
Not enough pay for the amount of work you do on site. To really be paid anything you have to almost beg for a raise and you have to be there a long time start to make money

Just the right size - not too big, not too small. Great people and challenging work.
Cons
Sometimes they have too many meetings.
