Pros
The company has a great range of projects to work on from websites to apps to SaaS products. 2 company directors are excellent leaders in their field and provide mentorship to all employees. Great place to gain experience with the varied types of projects that come through the doors. Predominately young team of roughly 15 employees. Flexible WFH options.
Cons
None that immediately jump out, all employees are tasked with project managing their own projects which may or may not suit some workers.
