      A Company Doing Difficult Things in the DevOps World

      Pros

      - Dealing with problems of scale that will eventually hit more organizations, but only a select few have to contend with currently - Lots of smart, engaging people - People are pulling in the same direction - Measured, thoughtful decision making

      Cons

      - Startup life and expectations of a startup are not for all, and it will be demanded of here. You must be independent and forward-thinking - Processes sometimes leave something to be desired - Company, while making hard decisions, has had to make adjustments to some benefits but has done so in balance with other needs and requirements
