      salary always paid on time

      ok for a first job, no possibility of growth, supervisors accommodated after years in the company and in the same position, tools that often do not work, micromanagement, repetitive work and with little means of transport

      Nice place to start a job in italy when you dont speak italian, colleagues are really nice and job is not difficult once you learn it. Flexible when asking vacation.

      Cons

      Not organized at well, the tool for customer assistance offen does not work, how-to documents keep constantly changing day by day
