During my time there, the culture felt very much like a boys’ club with a clear inner circle. If you were “in,” things could be very good; if you weren’t, it was easy to feel excluded. The company presents itself as Christian-led, with chaplains, devotionals, and Bible studies integrated into work life. Some people appreciate this, but for others it can feel uncomfortable or out of place in a private-sector environment. Work–life balance was poor, with long hours, frequent travel, and many meetings that often didn’t add much value. Operationally, I found the technology and systems to be outdated and inefficient, relying heavily on on-premise servers and spreadsheets, which made it harder for project managers and operations to do their jobs. Support functions like IT, marketing, and HR did not feel empowered or effective, and HR did not feel like a neutral, safe resource if you were outside the inner circle. Overall, I would not recommend this environment to someone who is progressive, innovative, or looking for a healthy, modern workplace.

Terrible management. They will get involved in your personal life and bring it into work. I would say working for AGI is almost like being in a cult. My direct boss was maybe the most evil person I’ve met in my entire life. After I left, I heard multiple people left right after me.
